Rich Simoncic has served as Sr. Vice President, Analog Power Division at Microchip Technology, Inc. since September of 2006. Rich also serves on the Board of Directors for Menlo Microsystems, Inc., is a member of Arizona Tech Investors, an Angel Investor and he is a 2018 FIRST Robotics Woodie Flower’s Award recipient for mentoring students and spreading Science and Technology to Arizona’s youth. Rich and his family also manage a foundation called SOAR (Simoncic’s Opportunities in Arts and Robotics), which donates to STEAM programs in High Schools in Arizona. Previous positions Rich has served at Microchip Technology Inc. include Vice President of the Analog Interface & Product Division from 1999 to 2006. From January of 1996 to September of 1999, he served as Vice President, Memory & Specialty Products Division. From October of 1995 to January of 1996, he served as Vice President of Yield & Device Engineering. Rich Simoncic holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology.
