Pavan Vasudev

Pavan is an Engineering Leader at Performance Software in Phoenix, AZ, a leading firm in avionics software development, testing, and certification. He has coached FIRST teams since 2009 in Tolleson and Litchfield Park, Arizona, including FIRST LEGO League (Explore and Challenge) and FIRST Tech Challenge teams. He is an FLL tournament director and MC (his favorite volunteer role!), and World Championship FTC judge. He is on the steering committee of the West Valley STEM Hub. Pavan’s goals are to create a sustainable K-12 FIRST pipeline in Phoenix’s West Valley, and to identify and nurture future FIRST eco-system leaders.

Pavan has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona, and an MBA from Louisiana State University.
